A VISIT TO THE COUNTRYSIDE

I am sorry it has taken me so long to post another set of photos! I have been really busy lately entertaining family that have been in town. It has been so beautiful outside, with all of the fall leaves starting to get colorful! Besides taking time off to spend with my family, I have been reading a lot about photography lately too. I've been sitting on the floor at Barnes & Nobles at Union Square, just soaking up the large amount of photo technique books! I love bookstores, they are so amazing. Today I drove out to Pennsylvania to see if I could put some of the photography lessons I have been reading about, to good use.
What do you guys think of my first set of pictures? I am very new to photography, so hopefully I can grow a lot and get some good critiques and insight from you all!

Thanks girls!!! I found natural light to be trickier than the indoor lighting. It was changing so quickly...I kept having to change my settings. I always feel a bit silly too, when people walk or drive by and see me doing these little photo shoots of myself. LOL I always feel like they think I am nuts or just REALLY VAIN! Hahaha...
